Your Consultation
You will receive an initial face-to-face consultation with your aesthetic nurse practitioner who will take a detailed medical history and listen to your specific skin concerns and goals to determine a treatment plan suitable for you. Photographs will be taken prior to any treatment to create your own skin journey portfolio.
Results
Right away / 1-2 days: Some subtle lift or firmer feel; maybe a slight glow or hydration boost. Some swelling/bruising might occur.
2-4 weeks after 1st session: More visible improvements in skin texture, hydration, slight improvements to contour begin.
After second session (4-6 weeks in): This is when many of the more noticeable changes are established: more lift, contour, firmness, less sagging.
Peak/full effect: Usually achieved 4-8 weeks after the full treatment course (i.e. after the second session) in many clinics.
How Does It Work?
The treatment is injected deeper than standard Profhilo, targeting the superficial fat layers beneath the skin (beneath connective tissue & above muscle).

The HA complex restores volume in superficial adipose tissue, lifting, contouring, and firming the face. It also stimulates collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture, elasticity, and hydration.​
What Can Profhilo Structura Help With?
It’s not meant to “fill” very deep deficits as traditional fillers would; the effect is more about lifting, contouring, hydration, remodelling of superficial fat pads and skin structure. ​
Cheeks / Mid-Face: Restore lost volume; reduce hollowness (especially in the lateral cheek); lift and support sagging tissue.

Jawline: Improve definition; reduce jowls; tighten sagging lower-face skin, giving a clearer facial contour. ​​​
​
Marionette / nasolabial lines: Helps soften folds by improving underlying support; does not act like heavyweight filler but gives structural improvement.
