Kathryn has over 20 years nursing experience and began her journey in beauty and medical aesthetics in 2008. Kathryn trained with Mary Reid International School of Beauty, Medics Direct and the Aesthetic Training Academy completing a qualification in both Medical Aesthetics and Beauty Therapy.

​Kathryn opened her first salon in 2013 with a vision to create a space where people could relax and enjoy their treatment in a comfortable environment which reflects the clinic ethos today.

Michelle has over 30 years nursing experience and trained with the Aesthetic Training Academy completing a qualification in medical aesthetics in 2021.

Michelle joined KAM Clinic in August 2022 as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber and has a real passion for aesthetics and delivering patient care which reflects the concept of health and wellbeing.

Hayley joined our team in 2024 after running her own successful business as a self-employed nail technician. Since then, she has continued to refine and perfect her skills, always striving to provide high-quality treatments and exceptional client care. Alongside her passion for nails, Hayley also has a strong interest in skincare after qualifying in Level 3 Beauty Therapy in 2020.

A true perfectionist, Hayley takes pride in making every client feel comfortable, confident, and cared for, ensuring they leave feeling their absolute best.

Hayley is passionate about learning and is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills. She regularly undertakes further training in the treatments offered within the clinic, with a particular love for all things skin-related. Her dedication to continuous development and client satisfaction shines through in every treatment she provides.

Eilidh is a Level 3 qualified beauty therapist with over 8 years experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has developed a true passion for skin health, specialising in treating a range of problematic skin conditions with a results-driven approach.

Her focus is always on understanding each client's individual needs and creating tailored treatments that deliver visible, lasting improvements. Nothing is more important to Eilidh than helping clients feel confident in their skin and ensuring they are leaving feeling satisfied, cared for and happy with their results.

You will always receive a warm welcome and a friendly smile from Julie. She has the natural ability to put you at ease the moment you walk in, making every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Julie is excellent at explaining treatments in her own words, and can help you understand what to expect from a treatment. Her warmth and clear communication help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued and supported.

Jane never forgets a face and will always greet you with a warm welcome. Jane brings energy and efficiency to every action. She is a fantastic source of information about treatments, able to answer all your questions you may have. Jane jobs shares with Julie, working opposite days, ensuring coverage and support across the clinic throughout the week. Her quick pace, helpful demeaner and reliability help keep the front desk running smoothly and our patients feeling well cared for. 

Polly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in dermatology nursing and academia. A prolific author with over 150 publications in peer reviewed journals and the current Clinical Editor for the Dermatological Nursing Journal, she has been recognised a a Queen's nurse for her innovation and leadership in the field.

Susanne a passionate nail technician who has been qualified for just over a year and joined our clinic in November 2025. She enjoys experimenting with a wide range of nail designs and is always looking for new ideas. Alongside her artistic flair, she has a genuine interest in the science behind nails, which helps her deliver high-quality treatments with care and precision.
