Our online booking platform is only bookable 48 hours - 6 weeks in advance. If you wish to make an appointment in less than 48 hours or more than 6 weeks ahead, please contact the clinic directly.
Kathryn is not available to book online.

Please note, there is a deposit, cancellation and refund policy below. We recommend you read this before booking an online appointment so you are aware of our policies.
How To Book
Simply click on 'Book Now' | You will be taken to our Pabau booking system as shown in the picture below | Log-in or register on this patient portal page | Browse all our services and book whichever takes your interest.
Please note: some services are only bookable by either pre-existing clients or clients that have had that particular service before. If you wish to book a service with these terms, it may say you do not meet requirements to book. In this situation, please book a consultation for the relevant service or contact the clinic directly for more information.

Booking & Deposit Policy
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly require a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment. Appointments are considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change; however, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments to your appointment. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained. In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, the full deposit will be charged, and future bookings may require full payment in advance.
Refund Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. With sufficient notice (48 hours or more), deposits may be transferred to a future appointment as a gesture of goodwill.
Due to the nature of our treatments and services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. However, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Should you have any concerns, we kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours, allowing us the opportunity to review and address your experience with the highest level of care and discretion.
If for any reason, you attend your appointment but we deem you unsuitable for treatment following the consultation form, we will advise you further and refund your deposit.
